Tennis League Food Procedures

In an effort to streamline the billing procedures and reduce confusion and rebills, as well as provide the best possible food selections for the upcoming league seasons, Indian Hills CC has revised our league food purchasing plan for the upcoming seasons of 2025.
 
At the beginning of each season, active players on the roster will be charged a one-time fee of $110.00.
Included in the food package is a chef’s choice buffet to be served at the tennis pavilion.

• The buffet will be available an hour and a half after match start time.
• The buffet will be available until 30 minutes after last match ends.
• Food will be provided for all visiting players who play in the match and all team members who pay the league fee (whether they are in the line up or not-only on their teams match day)
• Guests that are not playing will be allowed to purchase a buffet plate for $15.00
• The guest plate and all other purchases (alcohol, snacks, sodas, etc can be purchased from The Bunker Bar located adjacent to court 1 pavilion)
• In case of rainouts- food will be provided for teams that play on the drop dead date- as well as individual make ups.
• The individual make-up matches will need to be submitted to [email protected] at least 24 hours prior to the match.  A tab will be set up at the grill for home and visiting players to order from a selected menu.
• All home playoff matches will have their food provided at no additional charge.
• All “do not bill” players will not be allowed to eat unless they purchase the guest buffet plate.
